Navigating Change: A Message About iPro Realty’s Closure

After 15 years with iPro Realty, I never imagined I’d be writing this post. The recent closure of the brokerage has left me — and many of my colleagues — both surprised and disappointed. Like so many agents who invested years of their careers with iPro, I’m now facing the inconvenience of selecting a new brokerage, navigating administrative hurdles, and preparing for the possibility of lost income during the transition.

But here’s the most important thing I want to share: none of this affects you — our clients.

For those buying or selling with us, it’s business as usual. Our commitment, our service, and our dedication to your success remain unchanged. Every call, every showing, every negotiation continues without interruption.

In fact, this experience has reminded me why I do what I do — and who I do it for. Each client we work with is unique. Every transaction carries its own story, challenges, and opportunities. And at the heart of it all is one simple truth: we do it “for the one.”

Whether it’s the first-time buyer searching for their dream home, the growing family looking for more space, or the investor making a smart move — every single client matters deeply to me and to my team.

So while iPro’s closure has been a setback, it’s also been a moment of clarity. Brokerages may come and go, but the heart of real estate is in the relationships we build and the people we serve. That will never change.
